Program Highlights

 Who Offers the Program?  The Kelly Excess Liability and Primary Third Party Crime Insurance Program is offered through Lloyds of London by American Staffing Assurance Company (ASAC) and is available to all qualified Kelly Suppliers who carry $1,000,000 primary General Liability, Auto Liability and Staffing E&O limits.  Lloyds of London enjoys an A.M. Best rating of A XV (Excellent).

What types of coverage/limits can be purchased?  Interested firms may buy either or both of the following:

·         $5,000,000 Contract Specific Excess Liability Coverage for General Liability, Non-Owned Automobile Liability, and Staffing E&O.

·         $3,000,000 Contract Specific Primary Third Party Crime Coverage.

Who’s Eligible?  Staffing firms in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, supplying labor to Kelly or Kelly's customers under a staffing contract managed by Kelly.

What is the Benefit to the Supplier?  The program provides a low-cost insurance option that will eliminate a leading barrier to supplier participation in Kelly's managed staffing arrangements.

How Soon after I Apply will I get an Answer?  Terms will normally be available within 3 – 5 business days, once all required underwriting information is received.
